Bergès has declined to provide the identities of art buyers as requested by the House Oversight Committee.
The Post previously claimed that Hunter made $375,000 at his Hollywood art show by selling five prints for a total of $75,000.
Since President Biden’s candidate for US ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti attended the performance, ethics questions were raised about it.
