Melissa Tittl Career
Melissa began her career in 2003 as an account executive at WMTV (an NBC affiliate), where she worked from 2003 to 2005. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a researcher for the Discovery Channel. She only watched “Deep Sea Detectives” on television for around four months.
From September through December 2005, she worked as a production coordinator for Weapons. While focusing on Flight 33, she worked as executive assistant to the president of Paramount Studios, produced series for History Channel and Discovery Channel, and was the House Husbands pilot for NBC.
Melissa directed or produced the Destination Immortality Travel Channel pilot (August 2009–December 2009), the Family Resource Centre (June 2010–August 2010), and the Schlitz Beer advertising campaign (March 2009–June 2009).
She served as a producer for Prometheus Entertainment on the television programs Food Paradise and Ancient Aliens. Melissa was also the executive producer of the unnamed Vietnam documentary. She spent three months at the time researching the lives of female combat journalists in Vietnam and Cambodia during the Vietnam War.
