Tim Ballard started his career in 2001 as an officer of the Central Intelligence Agency. He worked as a researcher in his graduate college for some time. He then worked as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Imperial Valley Community College for about 8 years, from 2003 to 2011
He served as a special agent for Homeland Security for a few years and is currently the founder and CEO of Operation Underground Railroad He has also written 6 books in his career, namely The Covenant: One Nation Under God and its sequel, The Covenant, Lincoln, and the War.
